Sponsor An Education (SAED) Project is one of the out reach programs of Zenith Zion Ltd addressing the basic educational needs of the youth at risk - as the target recipients. The ideology behind in launching the SAED Project is to create a holistic program, where the target recipient viewed as a unique being. An approach where the recipients will at their own pace, according to their choice of activities, and according to their own readiness considering that they been learning at the yeshiva for a span of time. Various factors and consultations were taken into account in the development and designing such program specifically designed for the recipients which aims to develop a dynamic youth along with strong moral values and the passion for learning.
Considering that the target recipients of the projects are socially integrated, learned for a span of time in yeshiva schools exploring their deepest roots, strive to understand what it means to be Jewish, seek the intense spiritual development that they desire, and reach deep inside to discover their own profound personal relationships with Torah, the Jewish People, and the Land of Israel.
All Zenith Zion programs are about Jews coming together, to share, to help one another to actualize and achieve the extraordinary personal and collective potentials that we possess. It is not just a Yeshiva. It is a model of Jewish learning and growth for the future generation. It is a reach out project of picking up the pieces and to complete the process and the whole picture in molding our youth.

MISSION
As a catalytic agent of change and development Zenith Zion Ltd consistently strives to stay in tune with the emerging youth at risk issues and concerns to stimulate, inspire change and development in the spheres of basic education, information, communication and technology and to give the Israelis youth at risk the chance to develop into well-rounded human being through quality education and life skill training and to provide them a stimulating environment which will able to develop an excellent foundation for creative learning through collaborative actions among and between national and international development partners supported by a wide range of institutional networks and individuals.

In buying quality education the Zenith Zion Ltd provide improvised training modules, physical and human life skills tools and psychosocial resources for the youth at risk. Specifically, the SAED Project aims to:
* To ensure that the recipients get the basic quality educational training they need.
* To empower the recipients with the necessary skills to become leaders and make a difference in their lives.
* To provide a sense of belongingness and emphasize on discipline, character, building, and leadership.
* To inculcate in their mind the importance of education and life skills training.
* Establish and maintain linkages for network and information exchange.

As education is a fundamental human right and the basis for creating social change and development SAED PROJECT was designed to promote education among the Jewish youth at risk. The program is a holistic approach that recognizes each learner to be unique and that requires basic education and life skills trainings regardless of their physical, intellectual, social, emotional, linguistic or other differences.
The program will take place both within and outside educational institutions, and will cater for students of all ages. Depending on the student’s educational assessment, it covers educational programs to impart literacy, basic ‘3 R’S’, life-skills, work-skills, and general culture. The program does not necessarily follow the 'ladderized' system, may have varying durations and may or may not confer certification of the learning achieved
For married one, courses are given at night, to allow them to continue their “kollel” classes during the day, and to ease their transition from the learning community to the working world. And for those who already have left the yeshiva will undergone an intensive training during the day and will be encourage to return back to learn Torah. In cases, students who would like to make sacrifices of learning both will be accepted depend on their capabilities of coping up the burden and pressures of learning. Special emphasis will be given to the youth at risk as they are our future and the most important building blocks of our society.
Zenith Zion Ltd strongly believes in making them economically independent through addressing their real needs, allows them to ultimately acquire the necessary life skills for surviving and improving their lives in the present and rapidly changing world and make them feel that there are people in the world who do love and care for them we will produce a good leaders and strong generations.
